Shipping and Returns
All orders ship from our small workshop in Rhode Island.
We use both USPS and UPS, and orders with "Free Shipping" could be sent via either method. Additional expedited or carrier specific options may be available during checkout. If you have a special need, please email help@hoyadendron.co or text/call (401) 219-7133 -- we will do our best to help.

It's our hope that you are totally psyched about your new plant goodies, but in the event something isn't right, you can send them back. Request a return within 30 days and you can get a full refund minus any shipping paid. Unless the return is a result of our error, the customer is also responsible for return shipping.
